Our trained Empower Me Within facilitators come into schools to deliver engaging, age-appropriate wellbeing sessions for girls. Each workshop is gentle, interactive, and designed to help girls feel seen, heard & supported - while giving them tools they can use both in and out of the classroom.

The Empower Me Within Program Licence makes wellbeing simple & doable in busy school environments. Each lesson includes pre-recorded videos that can be played directly to the girls, followed by guided discussion & creative arts activities to help embed the learning. Teachers get to do what they do best - facilitate, support & connect - without the pressure of creating content from scratch.
